Wanted to vent and see if owner is doing anything illegal. I worked for ICR Staffing in Victorville California for several months. In this time the owner Robert Lovingood has done the following: Told me "I look like crap" in front of other employees (even when I am the sharpest dressed person in the office) Asked me personal information via email (even called me into his office) to find out reason I asked for a few hours off for a medical appointment.
