I had ordered these boots from our uggs outelt .com on dec 7, 2010. cost was charged to my credit card on december 8, 2010; the boots were shipped on 12/20/2010. did not recieve these fakes till 12/24/2010. i can not find a contact phone number for this company and have contacted them via email three times and have recieved no response. these boots are obvious fakes and were shipped from china. please let me know what the next step is. i have already contacted the us customs. thank you for your help. read full review »
