Eddie McKeown of Northeastern Inc. installed a gas furnace 11/17/10. Contracted to give me 92, 000 BTU, but installed smaller, cheaper model without telling me. Inspected my existing system and stated in contract that price included hook-up to existing ductwork. On day of install, he brought a sheet metal person RNS a.k.a.
