In early 2010, I called EMS to cancel my merchant agreement as I was no longer going to be processing thru them. The woman that I talked to told me that I needed to provide in writing that I wanted to cancel. Which I did. Since then I have been being continually charged and unable to get the service terminated. In April of this year I spoke with a gentleman, Eric, who was quite rude and told me that wasn't their process to terminate and that I needed to fill out a form that he would email to me.
