The Safeway Ad ran advertising spend $75 and get 30 cents savings per gallon for fuel purchase (of course there are exceptions) so, I a mother of 2 (single) with a strick budget, decided to shop at Safeway and save the money on my gas so that I could feed my family and be able to purchase gas to last until my next pay day. I let the cashier know that my goal was $75 to meet the requirements for the fuel discount. My groceries can to a little over $77 dollars.
