I purchased five Vanilla Visa cards on two separate dates. Four of the five are not activated properly. I have been advised that my 850 dollars will not be refunded by the store. That I must fill out forms and forward via facsimile to Vanilla and wait a minimum of 10 days for a new card. I could see this happening infrequently, it appears that after looking through numerous complaints that I am not alone in this acitvation scam.
