These guys totally misrepresent themselves. Their "high speed" internet service is very slow and very expensive. I endured the service for about 16 months and finally gave up. I live in a rural area so thought I had few options--turned out that I could replace HughesNet with Verizon's mifi system for less than half the cost and a lot more speed. When I called to cancel my account with Hughes I got the expected run around.
