I bought a pair of sandals for my two year old niece from the Little Monkey Toes website. They did not fit and I was told via email that I could return them. I sent them back UPS (so that I could track the package) and three weeks after they received the returned sandals, I still had not heard from them with any kind of update on the status of my return.
