Ordered Mothers day flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day 5/8. Paid a 9.99 delivery charge. Then 2 days later recieved a new invoice showing the original 9.99 shipping charge and an additional 19.99 charge for guarenteed delivery on 5/8 plus a handling and care fee of 2.99. A 19.99 order was going to cost me 33.00 for delivery. read full review »
