Reading these complaints, I find little comfort that I am not alone. I have been having major problems with Bank of America and my mortgage with them. Due to personal issues and work reduction I have fallen behind on my payments and I can not get anyone to work with me. They are telling me my only option is forclosure or a short sale. I think not.
