As an independent fee appraiser in Arizona, I have been battling with AppraiserLoft (based out of CA) over payment for two appraisals I completed for them over 4 months ago. According to senate bill 1351, each appraisal managment company shall make payment to an independent appraiser for the completion of an appraisal or valuation assignment withing 45 days after the date on which the independent appraiser transmits the completed apprsial.
