My husband spoke to someone in their office on the phone today about purchasing 50 lbs of Abba 1600 parakeet seed. He was told he could come between 2 and 5 pm. Because of traffic, he and my daughter arrived at their offices at 5:04 pm, rang the bell, and were verbally abused by someone who remained on the phone, even though that person was aware that 2 people were outside, ringing the bell.
