In October 2010, we purchased a 2010 Dodge Caravan from Carmax. I totally bought into the 126 point inspection bs and it never even crossed my mind that they would rip us off! 6 months later, I am wanting to trade it in for another car at another dealership and to my surprise they tell me my vehicle has been wrecked!!! Are you serious?! We bought this car from Carmax with only 2k miles on it. "Good as new" they said. And now my trade in value is horribly low!!! I cant wait until they open tomorrow to blow up their phone line. I am so angry and so disappointed. I really trusted the Carmax name. read full review »
