We performed week ends Emergency Room reports transcription services to DW Medical Transcription Company (3388 Arbor Path Dr, Atlanta, GA; phone number 678 580 3332) as per contract from June 20 to Dec 15. They agreed to give the line count for Oct, Nov and Dec by the end of Dec and make the full final payment by end of Jan 2011. On Feb 8th, I enquired if the check was made out.
