Direct TV is holding my final payment to them for 40 days before they send me the credit I am owed. I cancelled them because of the worst customer service I'd ever experienced and this is the icing on the cake. The payment to them has been out of my checking account for 3 weeks already while sit and collect interest as a huge corporation on money they owe me. Is this insane or not?? read full review »
