I have spent over a month trying to get Directv to refund $275 that they withdrew directly from my checking account after I was told I would not be charged a cancellation fee if I merged my account with my boyfriend's after moving in together. They sent a bill for a cancellation fee...I called...was told to disregard it, it would be taken care of. 9 days later, $275 was withdrawn from my checking account by directv!!!
