I ordered checks online through Carousel. The checks arrived, the routing number and the account number on the checks are correct. I wrote five of these checks, and they are all being returned because the check reader was unable to scan the numbers. I have been told by my credit union that the clarity of the printing is not good enough for machine scanning. I am now not only out the cost of the checks, but am being charged returned check fees as if my checks bounced. I am asking for a full refund, as well as a refund of the returned check fees. read full review »
