I have been a Time Warner Cable customer for years and for about a year now I have been having problems with this cable provider. A year ago I bundled my service dvr, net, phone. Right after this I kept getting bills in the mail for large amounts, which was over what we were told we were going to pay. My husband and myself made call after call to figure out what was going on only to be told something different every time we contacted the company.
