This site is the worst site you can ever go to for help getting off benzos. Crazy people run amok here and there is no moderation at all at the forum. It's filled with a bunch of half witted psycho people with mental problems who fight and argue with each other all day long. It's a drama circus and no real help is ever found. I got emotionally sick from reading the crazy posts at this website. It's bad for your health and well being. There's other places to go for help with benzo withdrawal. Going here for any length of time is a masochistic move. Don't do it or your life will end up a messy pile of crap. read full review »
