I completed a short sale, closing on my house on 8/30/2010. This is now May, and I have learned that my loan was not closed out, and when I called BOA about this, they informed me that my home was in foreclosure and should be vacated. Again, I closed on the sale of my home in August of 2010! They did not apply the wire transfer of my proceeds properly, they tell me.
