After purchase and prepayment over the internet I was notified by email that I should not accept the shipped order until I had opened and inspected for internal damage. They said refusal of delivery was the only return they would accept. The trouble was it was sent by UPS ground and the carrier stated UPS does not allow rejection of a parcel AFTER it is opened.
