I received a service that wasnt properly done and when i tried to speak with the manager about it she wouldnt return any of my calls just to keep from reimbursing me for the service. I was very calm and pleasant with the other woman that i would speak with when i tried to speak with the manager but she completely ignored me. She is very unprofessional and obviously doesnt care about the satisfaction of the salon's customers. read full review »
