I bought the L'oreal Paris hair dye to make my hair blonde. I had a strwberry color hair and figured this color would change my hair rather easily because the name of it was super blonde. I put it in my hair and left it in for over an hour, when I washed it out much to my suprise my hair was still orange and only the roots were some what blonde. I called the 800 number hoping for someones' help and they tell me that I didn't leave it on long enough and I can go buy more tomorrow to do this all over again.
