I cancelled my Alaska Airlines bank of america over a year ago, but yet the bank keeps it open AND charges me an annual service fee. This is fraudalant and coercive. All my complaints have returned back to me stating that I agreed to this service charge, yet I have the documents showing that I cancelled the credit card over a year ago.
