I purchased a livving room suit from conn's in Jan. 2011. I called in Feb to let them know that their were defects with their product on the sofa and the love seat. On the sofa one end of the from is just hanging loose. On the love seat the recliner will not stay down it pops up all the time. They sent some old man who you could tell did not want to do anything he looked at it and said he was not fixin it because they should replace it.
