I tried to cancel my 92 year old aunt's service when she went into a home in March 2011. I faxed a copy of the power of attorney that gave me the right to do this. They didn't stop service. Got another bill. FAxed another POA, got another bill. Then this past week they called the home that she is in and harassed her about her over due bill.
