First off, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They not only come in, and do a very quick so they can leave and go onto another house, they charge you extra for recdiculous items. I had to pay extra for them to use a spray bottle on my carpet to clean it. I expected to pay a higher price to use this company, and to get better quality, which didn't happen. When they left, my carpets did not look any better. If anything, they just looked wet and worse. They also had a smell to it which was terrible.
