YOU MUST SEND THIS PRODUCT BACK WITH A TRACKING NUMBER from the post office, or UPS. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT SENT BACK WITH A TRACKING NUMBER - IT NEVER GETS PUT IN THEIR SYSTEM. It doesn't matter if your mail carrier swears they had to receive it, they will claim it WAS NEVER RECEIVED. If you send it back without their authorization number - THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU WITHOUT A FIGHT.
