For the third time, I have gotten "exceptional" service from UPS. A couple of years ago I paid extra for 2nd day delivery and the package came all the way to their distribution center, 10 miles from my home, but on the day it was to be delivered, I checked the tracking, and it had experienced an "exception." I called and they said that weather would not allow the package to be delivered when promised.
