Mediacom modem goes out Saturday night - I call in at 11pm and I am writing this at 2:15 am. I go through all of the trouble shooting when they finally accept that the issue is their modem - to which they tell me they will attempt to get a technician out on Monday. I earn my living through the internet!!! I pay on time every month so they can make their money but when I am in need they do NOTHING!!! I will cancel mediacom ASAP on Monday because nobody is working over the weekends. It is mindboggeling the vast number of complaints against this company and nothing ever gets better. read full review »
