I called HomePerfect.com to place an order for an item on their website. I was told the item was in stock. On the website it clearly states that if the item is in stock it should ship same day or next day. When I told the guy on the phone that I needed to know that it would ship same day or next day - I was told I would have to pay $50 to guarantee that some fat lazy minimum wage warehouse worker would get off their butt and slap a sticker on an item to get it out in the next 36 hours... Total and utter disgrace, false advertising and rip-off. read full review »
