first off i have been customer service staff for a while now at this store, i have never called out sick, and have proved my level of loyalty beyond a shadow of doubt as far as i can anything short of reciting the company's beliefs before punching in every day. The customer service team leader is a 27 year old punk who is pissed off because he is constantly being denied promotion but is not being recognized because he puts no effort into his job, he shows up, does a half azz job and leaves.
