New high speed router kept dropping connection to my laptop using the 5Ghz channel. I called tech support on Saturday, May 14, 2011 and spoke at length about the problem to a tech. They start every call giving their ID number very quickly, then confirm your callback number and email. I had this info in a previous "case" from installation problems.
