In July 2006 I refianced my home with Aegis Lending to get a LOWER rate and fixed rate also. They sold my loan to homecomings. I did not read the mortage closely and found out later it is a adj. ARM which I was trying to get out of in the first place. My payments of $735 a month were paid on time until Feb 07 when I went into hospital with acute pancretitus. I was in a coma for 4 months.
