May 17, 2011 I called (800)728-7825 to schedule a pick up for three bags of clothing. I spoke with Vince, the pick up was scheduled for Wednesday, May 18th between 8-4 p.m. On May 18th I called Vince to get an estimated time for the pick up. He informed me they no longer pick up in my area. I was angry, why wasn't I called after error was noticed or maybe it wasn't noticed until I recalled.
