Called to cancel service due to price and another company had better deal, but since I was with this company for almost 10 years they offered new deal but would Not disclose channels I would get. I accepted and then tried to see what channels I got, and then called back to cancel. They tried to get me to then upgrade to another plan, but again would not tell me all the channels because, and I quote, " that would take too long".
