I was charged a $400.00 deposit for direct tv service, no where in their user agreement did it say that this was non refundable. I had to cancel the contract early because I was transfered to a new state and the aparments did not allow satellite dishes. I paid the early cancelation fee and was told I would be getting a refund on the deposit. After several calls I am now told that it is their policy not to issue refunds and they are not required to disclose that to the customer. Is it just me or is this a bit shady?
