I received one trial shipment of this product, I could not talk to them because there was no info on the web site to allow me to do that nor on my confirmation I received. I had to wait until I received the bill from my credit card company. I was charged 87.13 on 2-27-09. I called and tried to cancel and get the refund but I was told I had gone too long. I was unable to get ahold of them until I received my bill with the phone number on it.
