You only get 30 hours per month and 3 per day, this is unlimited! it is crap! they offer a package for unlimited help. and then the child is unable to connect to the service! the customer service is rude as could be. you speak to 30 people who know nothing and you end up pulling your hair out of your head before you get a question answered. they put you on hold for 30 minutes and you dont know if they are in fact returning to help you. i am disgusted with this tutor visita nonsense. crap company, tutor vista. read full review »
