I bought a Panasonic DMCTZ3A from Amazon. I bought it around 2008. I have less than 300 shutter actions with and the built in lens cover closed and wouldn't open up. I sent my cameral to MCallen Exchange Center in Texas (where Panasonic told me to send it) and they want $180.00 to replace the camera. I feel like I've been completely ripped off by Panasonic's and their poor design engineering. This camera was not mis-treated in any way. I take care of my cameras and protect them.
