This company pretends to be everywhere. I live in Los Angeles and called them to take my car to their location in the area and they said no we'll come to you. I did accept that and they sent an appraiser, BUT I should have listened to my wife and not allow that. The guy raised my blood pressure after his dumb comments. After an hour I felt that it was not worth it. My wife, which I regret not listening to initially, found another company called Trade in Solutions which I recommend highly.
