I purchased a greendot card with $160 on Thur May 19th 2011. Went online as i normally do to activate the card for one time use, however, the website changed a bit and I clicked the wrong button (the proper button is now in small letters and discrete) and the activation was cancelled as the system thought I wanted a refund!! I tried again thinking it was a minor issue to no avail, so I called the customer service number on the back of the card and they said they "APOLOGIZE BUT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO", but refund me.
