direct tv is the worst business in history. in september, 2010, we ordered their services. we gave them our debit card, and they said that we would be paying 88.00 per month. however, for the months of january, february, and march 2011, we were charged a rate of 169.00 per month. in march 2011 our service was interrupted and we immediately called to complain about the problem. a service person said that we were being overbilled and that we were owed a credit of three months. our service was immediately turned back on and we were satisfied... read full review »
