I have had HughesNet service for about 5 years. I have no choice other than satellite service where I live. I had a service tech to my house 4 separate times in the last month and finally decided that the equipment that I had since 2007 was failing. I chose to upgrade (they charged me for installation) to new hardware. The person setting this up must have also changed my service plan which has lower speed and a smaller download allowance.
