I bought a 1 year Lego Universe membership for my son with auto-renewal. And it was working well for 6 days, and then it stopped. When I checked in the payment history, that 1 year membership was not there. I tried to call the billing dept, and we worked it out. And it was working well. I checked the payment history, just to make sure, they gave us 1 month free, and the next memberstip is the 1 year that I paid. 4 days later, it stopped working again, although on the payment history the game time was still 26 days. And the 1 year membership magically gone. I dont understand a company as big as LEGO can have this kind of trouble. read full review »
