I was charged without my knowledge causing my account to go into the red. When I spoke with a gentleman at the service center he could not tell me what the charges were specifically for, and I had not received a bill other than for $77.79. I was told after the charge occured, any time I used my card, and any card I used was saved on file and after I cancelled my services they were free to charge the balance without telling me anything about it. read full review »
