My loan was recently sold to ACS Education Services. Last month they sent me a letter telling me that I would be getting a bill from them, but I never did. I had no account number, place to send my payment or payment amount so I waited a month thinking that my bill would come, but only received another letter telling me that they decided to consolidate my student loans.
