I have been a LL Bean Visa Card customer for many years. They switched to Barclay's Bank and my account was charged $121.00 for a People Magazine subscription I never authorized. I called Barclay's Visa and they put me on hold and then said they couldn't help me unless I talked to People Magazine and cancelled a subscription I never charged in the first place.
