Bank of America put a 10 day hold on my payroll check from Macy's for $226 because Asha, employee number 1149 who is a Supervisor on the Customer Service line said that she couldn't find proof that it was a payroll check. What the fuck other reason would Macy's give ME money for? I looked at a copy of my check and it does say payroll on it. She is a liar and basically told me to get over it. I will be writing a formal complaint as well. Don't do business with BofA and jf you call Customer service, make sure you don't speak with Asha. She is rude, a liar, and will be no help. read full review »
