BAD dog breeder. Many puppies with problems and tries to pass off mistake INBREEDING as "line breeding". Sells puppies to others who have many "accidental" breedings (between sibling puppies) and then splits sales of THEIR puppies at $1, 700 a dog!! Leos are undersized, cancers, epilepsy, etc. When owner (Rachel Dolan) told all about losing her job she started stepping UP her breeding and breeding every female in site and raised the rate for the Leos.
